Include: the page URL, what you expected vs what happened, and (for playback issues) your platform, device and country. Regional availability varies by platform and is usually outside our control, but we can always verify.
Send reports to the contact address on the Contact page with ISSUE in the subject line. Real bugs get fixed within days; platform-side issues get escalated to the store and tracked until resolved.
